Full Time Employment Specialist

Partners in Careers (PIC) is recruiting for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Employment Specialist position. This position will work one on one with people to facilitate a successful job preparation experience and transition to employment. Current salary range for this position is $35,040 to $45,828 plus benefits.

WIOA Talent Development Specialist Lead Position

Partners in Careers (PIC), a non-profit employment readiness agency, is recruiting for a full-time (1.0 FTE) position. Talent Development Specialists enjoy working one on one with people to perform assessments, develop individualized plans, secure/provide training, monitor participant progress, connect people to community resources, lead workshops and provide ongoing support to facilitate a successful job preparation experience and transition to employment. Experience providing case management and client record keeping is desirable.

The Lead position will also assist the Next Center Director in the delivery of Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act youth services at Next. This position will support Next Talent Development Specialists as they work to provide instruction, tutoring, direct student support, coaching, work-based and evidence-based learning, and career and educational pathway planning. The Talent Development Specialist Lead will also work collaboratively with other youth service providers to ensure maximum benefits and support to participants and leveraging of co-enrollment for mutual performance attainment. Current salary range for the full-time Talent Development Specialist Lead position is $38,544-$50,410 plus benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS
Talent Development Specialists generally hold Bachelor degrees and have three (3) years appropriate experience in employment readiness, education/training, or case management. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Valid driver's license, insurance and access to a vehicle for daily use (mileage reimbursement is provided) are required. A clear DSHS or FBI background check (through Partners in Careers), renewed annually, may be required.

Successful candidates in the past have demonstrated a passion for serving others, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), and have exhibited effective time management and organizational skills. Willingness to be part of a team with determination that leads to client success is a must. Flexibility and a great sense of humor are a plus.
