Ryan Davis is an Employment Specialist who operates the Community Jobs program at Partners in Careers. He grew up in Battle Ground, Washington and has called Clark County his home for his entire life. In 2018, Ryan graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Washington State University Vancouver, majoring in sociology with a minor in psychology. Starting his senior year at WSUV, Ryan began working at the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Washington, working to support at-risk youth and low-income families. Shortly after graduating, Ryan joined Partners in Careers where he has supported several of PIC’s programs. Starting in March of 2020, Ryan began working in the Community Jobs program, where he has been able to provide low-income parent’s with relevant work experience and job training. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing with his dog, Juniper, exploring the Pacific Northwest and trying out new restaurants in both Vancouver and Portland.
