We support youth ages 16-24 as they take meaningful steps toward education, employment, and independence.  Whether you’re working toward a diploma, exploring trainingor college options, or getting ready to enter the workforce, we’re here to help you move forward. 

Our youth services focus on building practical skills, gaining work experience, and preparing for long-term success.  With personalized guidance, we help participants earn credentials, explore career paths, connect with employers, and create a plan for their future.

You’ll find a supportive, encouraging environment where you can stay focused, build confidence, and access the resources you need to reach your goals.  PIC partners with NEXT Success to serve our youth and they share the same office space.  Please contact our amazing partners at NEXT Success.
