Our Programs

Who We Serve

Partners In Careers (PIC) is a nonprofit organization that strives to create self–sufficiency through specialized job training and employment services. This is accomplished by helping people break through barriers to employment, which often means addressing generational poverty.

“When I got here it was amazing. Having the support here at PIC made it possible because I didn’t have support without them. Now I have job experience; I have new skills. I worked at the courthouse; that was my first job through PIC. I started going back to college because now I have experience and I want to move forward in the workplace.”
