Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) serves homeless veterans who are seeking housing assistance, employment services and/or training program connection and support. HVRP works with low-income homeless veterans to help them lay the framework to secure housing and become self-sufficient. Case management helps participants navigate community resources and to provide support in gaining employment and occupational training. For program questions or referrals contact Donna Oglesby at or Tonya Wark at

Grant Per Diem (GPD) provides homeless Veterans with stable housing and client-centered case management support that includes employment focused job training, mentoring, counseling, and other supportive services. This “Housing First focused” approach helps ensure homeless Veterans receive the wraparound services they need to successfully move into and remain in permanent housing. For referrals and program information please contact Josh Jones at

“I have more confidence in myself as a person, and as an employee. I know how to look for work, how to talk to people, how to make a resume. PIC taught me a lot. I feel hopeful. PIC was a big part of that.”
