Grant Per Diem

Grant Per Diem (GPD) provides homeless Veterans with stable housing and client-centered case management that includes employment focused job training, mentoring, counseling, and other supportive services. This “Housing First” approach helps ensure homeless Veterans receive the wraparound services they need to successfully move into and remain in permanent housing.
